We have two integrating spheres which can output key optical parameters of LED at one time, which directly relate to product quality and market competitiveness:
1.Photometric Parameters
· Luminous Flux (lm): Total light emitted by LED, a core brightness index determining the lighting coverage.
· Luminous Efficacy (lm/W): Ratio of luminous flux to input power, indicating energy efficiency. Higher values mean better power saving performance.
2.Colorimetric Parameters
· Correlated Color Temperature (CCT, K): Indicates light tone. 2700K-3000K warm white, 4000K neutral white, 6000K cool white, affecting visual comfort.
· Color Rendering Index (CRI/Ra): Capacity of light to restore true object colors, full score 100. Ra>80 fits general lighting, Ra>90 applies to premium places such as shopping malls and museums.
· Chromaticity Coordinates (x,y): Precisely locate light color, ensure batch consistency and avoid color deviation.
3.Spectral Parameters
· Spectral Power Distribution (SPD): Visibly shows light intensity distribution of each wavelength, used to evaluate excessive blue light hazard and spectral continuity related to color rendering.
· Peak Wavelength: The wavelength with maximum LED luminous intensity, defining the dominant light color.
